We have a smart lock on the door. You will get the code when you sign up for your rental time.
Yes! But you MUST use the furniture sliders provided to protect the floor, and all furniture must be returned to its original position.
For permanent backgrounds (aka walls), we have white, dark grey, and white-washed brick.

Our rotating backdrops currently include the following options:
Floral, streamer, purple popup, blue popup, pink popup, white seamless, black seamless, light blue seamless, gold sequin, and mirrored.
We need written requests for pet portraits. It requires a separate waiver and additional cleaning.
No - we ask that you allow enough time for set-up and break-down in your rental time. Other creators may have rented the space immediately before or after your reserved time.
No, we do not. We have one ADA accessible restroom, but no kitchen.
Your studio rental fee is nonrefundable. However, if you cancel with at least a 48 notice, we can help you reschedule your rental within the calendar year.
Yes of course! But please keep to a respectful noise level for the neighboring tenants.
Sorry, but no. Those kind of items are very difficult to clean up. There is a minimum $500 charge if you are found using these items.
