Rules:

• No open flames, vaping, or smoke of any kind on premises 

• No confetti or glitter

• No champagne popping

• No basement access - please use baby gate to block access

• Use furniture sliders or lift when moving furniture

• Liability waivers are required for all people on the premises (see terms & conditions in your rental agreement)

• No pets without permission, extra $200 fee applies

• Try to keep seamless clean and uncreased. Roll up seamless when done. Cut off any damage. Let us know if they are running low

• Clean up after yourself

• Let us know if you notice any damage, or if you cause damage

Extra Info:

• Extra paper products are under the sink (paper towels/toilet paper)

• Please tag @sunlightstudiorentals on Instagram!!!!

• Bring your own bedding if desired for the futon for boudoir

• Cleaning cart has supplies

Before You leave:

• Put furniture back where you found it

• All chairs around the rug, backdrops in windows, etc.

• Place rolling backdrops in front windows

• Sweep up

• Take all garbage with you and replace the bag(s) - available in cleaning cart

• Turn off all lights

• Set heat to 60 in winter

• Set AC to 75 in summer

• Make sure door is locked on your way out (use the lock icon on the smart lock)
